ABC Venice Apartments are located in the Sestiere of Santa Croce in the cultural and historic heart of Venice.  The apartments are conveniently located less than a five-minute walk from the main train station in Venice, Ferrovia Santa Lucia.  The ABC Venice Apartments are within easy walking distance of all of the main sites in Venice: the Piazza San Marco, the Doge's Palace with the Bridge of Sighs, the Gallerie dell'Accademia, the Rialto Bridge, the church of Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, the Scuola Grande San Rocco, the Peggy Guggenheim Museum, and the three main Venetian palaces with museums, the Ca' Rezzonico, the Ca' d'Oro, and the Ca’ Pesaro.  It is also close to a local vaporetto stop if you want to take a scenic trip by boat up the Grand Canal. Nearby is also one of the most beautiful piazzas in Italy, the square that surrounds the Church of San Giacomo dell'Orio.   Also less than three minutes away are a large grocery store and some of the best places to eat and drink in Venice.
     Because of the labyrinthine layout of Venice’s streets and the many bridges with stairs, finding and carrying your luggage to another guest house could be difficult. Other places to stay in Venice are harder to find and especially if you are carrying luggage, you would need to take a boat (vaporetto), which costs 6.50 euros for a single ticket. Even if you have a lot of luggage, it is easy to reach the ABC Venice Apartments on foot and we provide good directions in English. ​ For a map and directions, please see our website page entitled "location."
